Welcome to Pick and Pose. By purchasing, downloading, or using Pick and Pose ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

0. License Scope

• License has an electronic delivery, and license delivery is prompt after the purchase has been processed.
• Licenses are individual and non-transferable. For team/group licensing, contact us at support@pickandpose.com.
• License validity is checked periodically in the background without affecting user experience.
• We offer a one-month trial license during launch. We do not guarantee its availability beyond this period.
• Any resale, sublicensing (e.g., embedding the app in another product) is not permitted without written permission.

1. License Types and Usage Limits

Available license types:

• Monthly License (auto-renews)
• Two-Month Pass
• One-Year Pass

Each license allows usage on up to 3 devices or browsers simultaneously. Keys are stored in browser local storage.

Licenses can be deactivated within the app. If all slots are used and cannot be deactivated, the license is considered lost and a new one must be purchased.

2. One-Time Pass Licenses

The One-Year Pass and Two-Month Pass are one-time payments and provide access to the Software for the corresponding duration. These licenses do not auto-renew.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Monthly License renews automatically each month.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled via the Lemon Squeezy portal accessible from your confirmation email under "View Subscriptions".

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

• Full refunds available within 30 days of purchase.
• If a chargeback is issued, the license will be permanently revoked.

5. Security and Fair Use

• Users are responsible for securing their devices and license keys.
• The use of bots, automation scripts, Artificial Intelligence, or unauthorized tools to interact with or manipulate the Software is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity such as frequent device swaps or key sharing.
• Sharing, reselling, or tampering with licenses is prohibited.

6. Technical Requirements

Pick and Pose runs in modern browsers that support WebGL and ES6 JavaScript.

Minimum requirements are equivalent to the minimum requirements of the user’s browser. A dedicated GPU is strongly recommended for optimal performance.

Functionality may vary across platforms, browsers, or devices. We do not guarantee full compatibility outside supported environments.

7. Third-party Services

• We use Lemon Squeezy and other third-party services for licensing and functionality.
• We are not liable for outages, performance issues, or data loss caused by these services.

8. Availability and Updates

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• Updates are provided to users with valid licenses while the app remains live.
• We may discontinue the app at any time. If so, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance.
• If the app reaches end-of-life, we will attempt to provide access without charge but cannot guarantee refunds.
• Certain features may be released in beta and are provided ‘as-is’ without guarantees. Use at your own risk.

9. Data and Feedback

• We do not claim ownership over user-created poses or scene setups, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such data for product improvement and analytics.
• You agree that any feedback or suggestions you provide can be used without compensation, credit, or obligation.

10. Inactivity

We reserve the right to deactivate or clean up inactive licenses or accounts after 12 months of inactivity.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we (owner, creator of Pick and Pose software) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Software and connected services.

12. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or bypassing license validation is prohibited.
• Do not redistribute or sublicense the software or assets.
• Downloading or modifying embedded 3D models is not allowed.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated, including suspicious activity, fraud, or license abuse.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
